All books will be sent via Royal Mail for our UK customers. Once dispatched, UK orders should arrive within 5 working days. If you wish to select a faster, tracked method, please reach to us via our contact us section.

For international shipping we use Royal Mail for parcels under 2KG and a courier for heavier packages. Our international shipping prices are dependent on the order and area, therefore will be calculated after we confirm your order. We always aim to process orders within five business days. Delivery times can vary based on your location. If you want us to ship your book outside the UK or wish to select a faster, tracked method, please reach out to us via contact us section.

If your order contains a pre-order item then these items will be shipped as a whole order once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. However, if you would like your other items sooner, please reach to us via our contact us section. Please note, this may incur two delivery charges.

If you are unhappy with any products you purchase on our website for any reason other than it being an eBook or a personalized item, which cannot be returned; you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund.

If the reason for the return is the result of an error by All Voices Publishers, we will refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter giving the reason for return.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service for this to ensure the order is safely returned.
