Palestinian Refugees: Realities & Prospects Under International Law
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Our 5 week workshop commences with the background of the Palestinian refugee crisis, with special attention to the legal status of Palestinian refugees under International Law.
The workshop places the Palestinian refugee case study within the broader context of International Law and International Refugee Law. Through a mix of online lectures and working group exercises participants will engage actively and critically with key debates about the right of return, repatriation, self-determination, compensation and protection.

Day & Time: Saturdays 5.30pm - 7.30pm
Duration: 5 Weeks
There will be two-hour meetings each day or once a week (10 contract hours in all) which will include lectures, discussions and exercises (optional).
Groups of five or more students applying together, can select a course start date and time that is convenient to them.
LOCATION: Workshops will be taught via Zoom or Teams.
